Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on April 10, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to September 18, 2014, and October 3, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Lisa M. Robinson, Esq., sworn to September 22, 2014, the affidavit of C. Taylor Payne, Esq., sworn to September 26, 2014, and the affidavit of Edward J. Smith, III, Esq., sworn to September 30, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered August 20, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 19, 2014, and inserting in its place the date November 19, 2014.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
