Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on April 10, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to January 6, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Edward J. Smith, III, Esq., sworn to January 16, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
