This case was originally calendared for trial on April 8, 2024, in New York, New York. By Order of the Court dated February 6, 2024, this case was continued, remanded to Respondent's Independent Office of Appeals, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.
On July 12, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that a supplemental hearing was held on June 18, 2024. The parties informed the Court that the settlement officer and Petitioner's counsel need additional time to procure and exchange additional information. The parties proposed that they file a status report on or before September 30, 2024.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 30, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a status report, informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
