MARGARET MAGEE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order served April 28, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee and, by Order served May 16, 2022, to file a proper amended petition. To date, petitioner has not complied with those Orders.

On July 15, 2022, the Court filed a Letter by petitioner dated June 2, 2022. Therein, petitioner states that the Petition in this case was filed in error and requests that the case be closed.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to pay the Court's filing fee and file a proper amended petition, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
