Based upon the parties' Stipulation for the Award of Attorney's Fees Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, and for Costs Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1920, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff be awarded attorney fees in the amount of FOUR THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($4300.00), and costs in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($350.00), as authorized by 28 U.S.C. §§ 1920, 2412, subject to the terms of the stipulation.
