STIPULATION RE CONTINUANCE OF FINAL PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE AND TRIAL ORDER


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES, through their respective attorneys, to (1) continue the final pre-trial conference from April 9 to May 7, 2004, or the next available date, and (2) continue the trial from April 27 to May 21, 2004, or the next available date. The parties request the continuance because they expect to reach and finalize a settlement of the remaining claims and counter-claims within the next several days.

ORDER

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The final pre-trial conference is continued from April 9 to April 23, 2004, and the trial is continued from April 27 to May 11, 2004.
