On December 18, 2023, docket entry 15, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that the parties intend to file a Motion to Consolidate this case with Bridgeworks Investment Group, Inc., f.k.a. Bridgeworks Insurance Group, Inc. v. Commissioner, at Docket No. 22141-22, Charles A. Barge v. Commissioner, at Docket No. 22142-22, and Aero Investment Group, Inc. v. Commissioner, at Docket No. 22143-22. The parties request that the Court order a Status Report to be filed in this case on or after June 28, 2024.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2024, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
