DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED Gerald D. Raymond, Esq., relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Pamela Bleiwas, Esq., P.O. Box 886, Ithaca, NY, 14851, appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b). The appeal may be perfected in accordance with section 800.13 of the Rules of Practice (22 NYCRR 800.13).

ORDERED that, if the appeal is not perfected within 60 days of the date of this decision, appellate counsel shall make an application on notice for a further extension of time to perfect the appeal.
