An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered April 20, 2020, and an application having been made by Anna M. Kobialka, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers in support of the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that William D. Broderick, Jr., Esq., PO Box 515, Elma, New York 14059, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and as counsel to conduct the appeal.
