ORDER


For the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion filed contemporaneously herewith, IT IS ORDERED THAT Plaintiff John M. J. Madey's Motion to Defer Consideration of Duke University's Motion for Attorney Fees and Bill of Costs [Document #118] is hereby DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Defendant Duke University's petition regarding its Bill of Costs [Document #116] is hereby DENIED and Plaintiff John M. J. Madey's Objection and Motion to Disallow Duke University's Bill of Costs [Document #123] is hereby GRANTED. Defendant may, pursuant to Local Rule 54.1(a)(1)(ii), file its Bill of Costs anew within thirty days after receipt by the clerk of an order terminating the action on appeal. Finally, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Defendant Duke University's Motion for Attorney Fees [Document #109] is DENIED.
