On March 6, 2024, we issued an opinion dismissing this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See MacWilliams v. State, No. 04-24-00060-CR, 2024 WL 950606 (Tex. App.-San Antonio Mar. 6, 2024, no pet. h.) (mem. op., not designated for publication). On May 8, 2024, appellant filed a pro se motion requesting the same relief he requested in his appeal. Because this appeal was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, the motion is DENIED AS MOOT.
