On March 8, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Compel Production of Documents and a First Request for Admissions. On March 23, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 moving that the Court enter an order that respondent need not answer the Request for Admissions and Request for Production of Documents served on respondent by petitioner. Petitioner filed an objection to respondent's motion. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Compel Production of Documents, filed March 8, 2022, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed March 23, 2022, is granted. 1
