This case is calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing April 25, 2022, in Houston, Texas.
On March 4, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. It is not necessary to set this case on a remote session when this case is set for an in-person trial in Houston in April. Respondent is free to serve the subpoena callable on the first day of the above-referenced Trial Session, and if they do not receive the documents before then, we will have a hearing at the calendar call on April 25, 2022, and will set this case for trial after the documents have been produced.
