This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 18, 2021, for cases in which Dallas, Texas, is the place of trial. On June 4, 2021, the Court issued an order setting this case for a time and date certain of 10:00am CST (11:00am EST) on Thursday, October 21, 2021. On October 13, 2021, the Court conducted a conference call with petitioner, Kent Sands MacPherson, and counsel for respondent. During that call, the parties provided the Court with an update on the current status of this case. Additionally, petitioner, Mr. MacPherson, informally requested a continuance of this case to which respondent objected. The Court outlined its reluctance in granting petitioner Mr. MacPherson's request but agreed to a short continuance subject to the parties' continued efforts in resolving the remaining issues in this case.
Accordingly, it is
