By Order served September 1, 2021, the Court directed petitioners to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration on or before October 18, 2021. On October 15, 2021, petitioners filed a Motion for Extension of Time.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced motion is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, which is available under the "Forms" tab on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov) is extended to November 30, 2021. If the Amended Petition and filing fee are not received by November 30, 2021, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.

The Court encourages all litigants to register for electronic access (eAccess) so that they may electronically file and view documents in their Tax Court cases. If you currently file in paper and/or receive paper service from the Court, you are encouraged to register for eAccess by emailing dawson.support@ustaxcourt.gov.
