ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On August 18, 2021, petitioner filed a motion to withdraw. On September 10, 2021, respondent filed a notice of no objection to petitioner's motion to withdraw. In Wagner v. Commissioner, 118 T.C. 330 (2002), the Court held that a lien and/or levy case may be dismissed upon motion by petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to withdraw filed August 18, 2021, is granted and this case is dismissed.
