This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, in Los Angeles, California.
On February 23, 2023, the Court held in informal conference call with the parties. During this call, petitioner husband informed the Court that petitioners have moved to Arizona, and are requesting a continuance. Respondent indicated that there was no objection to a continuance.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is continued and is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, in Los Angeles, California, and this case is continued generally. It is further
ORDERED that petitioners' address of record in this case be updated to reflect the address given by petitioner husband during the February 23, 2023, informal telephone call. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall serve on petitioner at the new address of record a copy of this Order.
