On April 19, 2024, counsel W. Bradley Russell filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel in both cases. The Motion filed in Docket No. 17584-22 is improper as Mr. Russell is not counsel of record in the case.

On April 24, 2024, the Court held a remote status hearing with the parties.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is hereby

ORDERED that W. Bradley Russell's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel filed in Docket No. 17525-22 is granted and W. Bradley Russell is withdrawn as counsel for petitioner Peter G. MacKenzie. It is further

ORDERED that W. Bradley Russell's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel filed in Docket No. 17584-22 is stricken from the record in the case.
