ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

These cases are currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 20, 2024, Helena, Montana, trial session. On April 5, 2024, petitioner Anne L. MacKenzie filed an unopposed Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner Anne L. MacKenzie's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing is granted in that these cases are scheduled for hearing on the status of the cases at the Court's April 24, 2024, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that all parties shall comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45(a)(4). It is further

ORDERED that, no later than April 22, 2024, petitioner Anne L. MacKenzie shall file a status report advising the Court if the persons to whom the subpoenas are issued have complied with the subpoenas and a hearing is no longer necessary.

Special Trial Judge Fried will preside at the above-referenced hearing as previously assigned by the Chief Judge.
