On Appeal from the 300th District Court Brazoria County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 79044-CR

ORDER

On July 13, 2017, this court issued an order abating the appeal and directing the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine whether appellant was entitled to be represented by counsel on appeal.

On August 11, 2017, the trial court filed a supplemental record finding appellant indigent, ordering preparation of the reporter's record at no cost to appellant, and appointing appellate counsel. Appellant filed a motion to reinstate the appeal.

The motion is granted. The appeal is reinstated. The reporter's record is due on or before September 18, 2017.
