ORDER
Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders: The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The motion for order to show cause and indemnify is treated as a motion for extension of time to file transcript and is GRANTED. The time for Court Reporter Linda Bacon to file her transcripts is EXTENDED to March 9, 2024. If the transcripts are not filed as required by this order, this case shall be submitted on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice and this matter will be DISMISSED, current counsel having failed to ensure the timely filing of the transcripts. Further, costs in the amount of $250 may be assessed against counsel.
