DISMISSED. Walker v. Fla. Gas Transmission Co., LLC, 134 So. 3d 571 (Fla. 1st DCA 2014) (rejecting claim that non-final order that deferred ruling on issue involving non-existent property is immediately reviewable); Chiandusse v. Grannis, 133 So. 3d 591 (Fla. 2d DCA 2014) (rejecting claim that non-final order that denied summary judgment and did not dispose of claim for permanent injunction is immediately reviewable); City of Panama City v. Andina, Inc., 63 So. 3d 908 (Fla. 1st DCA 2011) (rejecting argument that non-final order granting summary judgment on claims seeking injunctive relief effectively granted injunction); Gleicher v. Claims Verification Inc., 908 So. 2d 560, 562-63 (Fla. 4th DCA 2005) (noting orders that defer ruling on injunctive relief are generally not immediately reviewable as granting or denying an injunction); Naghtin v. Jones, 680 So. 2d 573, 577 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996). WOLF, CLARK, and SWANSON, JJ., CONCUR.
