Randolph MACK, Appellant, v. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE O/B/O Melissa MACK, Appellee.

Randolph Mack, pro se, Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, and Toni C. Bernstein, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Randolph Mack, pro se, Appellant.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, and Toni C. Bernstein, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

Per Curiam.

Randolph Mack appeals the trial court's order establishing his child support obligation. He contends there was no evidence presented to establish his income. The Department agrees and concedes error. We reverse and remand for further proceedings. Because we reverse on this ground, we do not reach the other issues raised.

REVERSED and REMANDED .

Rowe, Osterhaus, and Long, JJ., concur.
