Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge.

Prior to the Trial Session, counsel for respondent filed a motion for continuance on June 6, 2022. This case was called and recalled from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court on June 13, 2022 at Chicago, Illinois. The parties appeared and were heard. During the trial session counsel for respondent announced that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 13, 2022, submit a stipulated decision document for this case or file with the Court a status report as to the then present status of the case.
