ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing Monday, October 17, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas. On September 20, 2022, the parties filed a Status Report. In that report, the parties represent that a basis of settlement has been reached and that the parties are in agreement to the filing of a Proposed Stipulated Decision. On September 23, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues settling the remaining issues in this case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the October 17, 2022, San Antonio, Texas, session of the Court and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 29, 2022, the parties shall file (1) a stipulated decision or (2) a joint status report (or separate reports if this is not possible) of the then-present status of this case.
