In an action to recover damages for fraud, order granting plaintiff's motion to vacate defendants' notice of examination before trial affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
