Macarthur Properties I, LLC, Plaintiff-Appellant-Respondent, v. Christina Galbraith, Roman Kazan, Brian McConville and Ronald Howard, in their capacities as the Residential Members of the Board of Managers of such Condominium, and Akam Associates, Inc., Defendants-Respondents-Appellants.
A cross-appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 13, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the notice of withdrawal of cross-appeal from the attorneys for defendants-respondents-appellants, dated August 5, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the cross-appeal is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid notice.
