This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing Monday, May 15, 2023, in San Diego, California.

On February 22, 2023, respondent filed a motion to remand. In said motion, respondent represents that he is unable to determine whether petitioner objects to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before March 27, 2023, petitioner shall file with the Court a written response to respondent's motion to remand.
