Before the Court is court reporter Lisa V. Jackson's third request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. The reporter's record was originally due September 12, 2023. On September 14, 2023, we notified Ms. Jackson that the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. On October 20, 2023, this Court granted Ms. Jackson's first request for extension of time to file the reporter's record, and we ordered the reporter's record filed by November 20, 2023. On November 29, 2023, we granted Ms.
Jackson's second request for extension of time to file the reporter's record, and we ordered the reporter's record filed by December 20, 2023. We now GRANT Ms. Jackson's third request for extension of time to file the reporter's record, and we ORDER Ms. Jackson to file the reporter's record on or before FEBRUARY 23, 2024. We caution Ms. Jackson that the failure to file the complete reporter's record by February 23, 2024, will result in the Court utilizing whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Jackson not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
