(2) Defendant Bohinski's Motion to Dismiss the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint (Doc. 110) is GRANTED. The complaint is DISMISSED as to Defendant Bohinski.
(3) This matter is RECOMMITTED to the magistrate judge.
