Upon due consideration of the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed June 3, 2022, at Docket Entry #9 by respondent in the above-docketed case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 26, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion at Docket Entry #9. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that the incomplete copy of such motion filed June 3, 2022, at Docket Entry #8 shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
