Case No. 5D18-1184
07-19-2019
M.A.B., A CHILD, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.
James S. Purdy, Public Defender, and Kathryn R. Radtke, Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Kaylee D. Tatman, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.
NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE MOTION FOR REHEARING AND DISPOSITION THEREOF IF FILED Appeal from the Circuit Court for Orange County, Sally D.M. Kest, Judge. James S. Purdy, Public Defender, and Kathryn R. Radtke, Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Kaylee D. Tatman, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee. PER CURIAM.
M.A.B., a juvenile, appeals fourteen cases. M.A.B. entered pleas in twelve of the cases, which we affirm without further discussion. However, we dismiss the remaining two cases—case numbers 2016-CJ-2679-A-O and 2016-CJ-3854-A-O—because there are no disposition orders for review.
AFFIRMED in part; DISMISSED in part. ORFINGER, COHEN and SASSO, JJ., concur.
