ORDER

The reporter's record in this case is overdue. By postcard dated December 12, 2019, we notified the official court reporter for the 162nd Judicial District Court that the reporter's record was overdue. We directed the court reporter to file the record within thirty days. By order dated January 27, 2020, we granted Court Reporter Sheretta Martin's request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record and ordered it to be filed by February 24, 2020. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed.

Accordingly, we ORDER Sheretta Martin to file the reporter's record within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order.

We expressly CAUTION Ms. Martin that failure to comply with this order WILL result in the Court taking such action as is necessary to have Ms. Martin comply with the Court's orders, including an order that she not sit as a court reporter until she complies.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to:
