The petition to commence this case was filed March 14, 2022. The petition was not accompanied by the disclosure statement required by Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

On September 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Change or Correct Caption. In his motion, respondent states that petitioner does not object to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 10, 2022, petitioner shall file the above-referenced disclosure statement. A copy of the form is available under "Case Related Forms" on the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov/case related forms.html. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Arubaanse Luchtvaart Maatschappij NV, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
