PER CURIAM.

Finding respondent's concession to be well-taken, the petition for writ of prohibition is granted, the order granting the motion to strike the notice of dismissal is quashed, and the cause is remanded with directions to dismiss the action pending below. See Service Experts, LLC v. Northside Air Conditioning & Electrical Service, Inc., 56 So.3d 26 (Fla. 2d DCA 2010). WOLF, VAN NORTWICK, and CLARK, JJ., concur.
