ORDER

The Court GRANTS the Appellant's Motion to Stay Appeal. The Court, on its own motion, VACATES the June 26, 2014 submission setting for the above styled and numbered cause, pending the status of the motion for new trial filed with the trial court.

Appellant is directed to notify the Court of the status of the motion for new trial on July 12, 2014, and shall provide this Court with a copy of any ruling entered by the trial court on the motion for new trial. Further, the Court asks that a supplemental clerk's record be filed with this Court on or before July 15, 2014, to include a copy of any ruling on the motion for new trial entered by the trial court.

The appeal is hereby abated pending the filing of the trial court's ruling on the motion for new trial. The instant appeal will be reinstated upon receipt of the supplemental clerk's record mentioned above or further order of this Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 10th day of June, 2014.
