PER CURIAM.
We GRANT Appellants' motion to transfer the appellate record and ORDER the clerk's record and reporter's record filed in appellate cause number 08-23-00110-CV, styled M. Garza Enterprises, Inc and Everett Holdings, LLC v. Julia Perez, transferred into this appeal. Appellants are directed to make arrangements with the district clerk and court reporter, and to file a supplemental record containing any additional documents, including the order that is being appealed, the motion to vacate/reconsider, and the notice of appeal for the above numbered cause. The reporter's record is due January 3, 2024, and the clerk's record is due January 8, 2024. The clerk's record and reporter's record shall be submitted as supplemental records. The Appellants' brief shall be due thirty days after the supplemental record is filed.
