MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
On March 4, 2004, this court ordered plaintiff to show cause on or before March 18, 2004, why this case should not be dismissed without prejudice for plaintiff's failure to serve process on the defendant. The court's record reflects that plaintiff received a copy of the show cause order, yet plaintiff has failed to respond. Accordingly, no reason has been shown why this case should not be dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is dismissed without prejudice.
