Lyons v. Pease Piano Company

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jun 1, 1904
95 App. Div. 630 (N.Y. App. Div. 1904)

Opinion

June, 1904.

We think that the facts set forth in the plaintiff's affidavit show that she is able to prepare the complaint without an examination of the officers of the defendant Pease Piano Company, and the order appealed from, denying the defendants' motion to vacate the order for such examination is therefore reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion granted, with costs. All concurred.
