ORDER

On January 11, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid. On January 13, 2023, petitioner lodged a Ratification of Petition. On February 14, 2023, the Court also received payment of the filing fee.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Court shall file the Ratification of Petition, lodged January 13, 2023, as of the date of service of this Order.
