Opinion

Docket No. 152183.

2015-09-9

Leroy LYONS, Plaintiff, v. ATTORNEY GRIEVANCE COMMISSION, Defendant.

Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the motion to waive fees is considered and it is DENIED because MCL 600.2963 requires that a prisoner pursuing a civil action be liable for filing fees.

Because plaintiffs institutional account statement reflects a current spendable balance that is greater than the required filing fee of $375.00, plaintiff shall be responsible for providing the filing fee in its entirety within 21 days.
