These cases are on the Court's September 12, 2022 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. We spoke with the parties after receiving joint motions to continue. Both agree that these cases should be consolidated. It is therefore

ORDERED these cases are consolidated for the purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further

ORDERED that the July 6, 2022 joint motions to continue at docket 30294-21 and 30295-21 are granted. It is also

ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the Court's September 12, 2022 trial calendar. It is also

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this division of the Court. It is also

ORDERED that on or before November 18, 2022 the parties shall file a joint status report to describe their progress, especially progress in completing informal discovery.
