An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 11, 2022 (Case No. 2022-02201), and said appeal having been perfected on one record and one set of briefs with appeals taken under Case Nos. 2022-04274 and 2023-00057, And defendants-appellants having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order under Case No. 2022-02201, to the extent that it directed the appointment of a special referee to assess damages, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted.
