MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated February 10, 2005, the Court directed appellant to pay the filing fee for this appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. By letter dated February 10, 2005, the Court directed appellant to file a brief, within ten days of the date of the letter, explaining how the Court has jurisdiction over this appeal. The letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or filed the jurisdictional brief. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
