This case is calendared for trial on the Court's December 19, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On November 28, 2022, respondent filed a status report in this case representing that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and are in the process of preparing decision documents for submission to the Court. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's December 19, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. The case is continued and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 30, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or respondent shall file a status report detailing the then-present status of the case.
