Plaintiffs-respondents having moved to dismiss the appeal taken from the order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 13, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted unless the appeal is perfected for the January 2018 Term. Upon failure to so perfect, an order dismissing the appeal may be entered ex parte, provided respondents serve a copy of this order upon the appellants within 10 days after the date of entry hereof.
