DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to file a supplemental appellate brief, to file a supplemental record on appeal and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that appellant shall file and serve a supplemental appellate brief on or before December 4, 2014, respondent shall file and serve a supplemental responding brief on or before January 5, 2015 and the reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before January 15, 2015. The supplemental appellate brief shall include as an addendum the order of this Court decided and entered October 23, 2014 in case Nos. 514674 and 515239 and shall include a copy of this order.
