Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 23, 2016, and August 9, 2016, and appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken from the order entered August 9, 2016, for consolidation of the appeals, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Gregory E.S., sworn to January 12, 2017, the affirmation of Michael Steinberg, Esq., dated January 13, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated June 30, 2016, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered August 9, 2016, under Family Court docket number A-03075-15, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation of the appeals is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted and appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the consolidated appeals, together with proof of service, on or before April 4, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
