Based upon the foregoing Motion for Order in Supplemental Proceedings and good cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Michael D. Memmott, Sr., Chief Executive Officer of Learnframe, Inc., defendant and judgment debtor, appear at the United States District Court for the District of Utah, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, Room 248, on June 19, 2003, at the hour of 8:30 a.m., then and there to answer concerning the judgment debtor's property.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant Learnframe, Inc. is not to dispose of any of its nonexempt property pending the hearing.
