On September 29, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance indicating that additional time was needed to prepare for trial or to reach a basis for settlement.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Kansas City, Missouri trial session on October 2, 2023. Counsel for the petitioner and for respondent appeared and were heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the Joint Motion for Continuance, filed with the Court on September 29, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that on or before December 1, 2023, and every 60 days thereafter the parties shall submit a joint status report indicating the-then present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
